Fairytales of Zuhair Murad

After drooling over my girl crush Priyanka Chopra in the beautiful Oscar dress from Zuhair Murad, I went about looking for more of his collection. And was I was swept off my feat. I fell in love. They have the most exquisite clothes, each dress has had so much of detailing done, the colors are so beautiful, the designs are daring. Every dress is a fairy tale of its own.

The basic top

All of our journey on the fashion runway have started with a simple thing, maybe a pretty hairband you saw as a little girl, or the velvet dress your mom bought for you as a child.


This black top was my first step into the big, a little mean but yet so beautiful world of clothing.
With no experience of making clothes, it started with a learning the basics of measuring and cutting the fabric right, finding the right tailor with the right sewing machine for each fabric to the photoshoots and excitement of wearing a top made by you.


This black crop top still remains my favourite and I keep running back to it every time there is a last minute plan made. Its looks great with everything and gives the edgy chic look.
